Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, and performance testing
Enhance systems to align with evolving business and technical requirements
Maintain applications and infrastructure in accordance with defined service level agreements
Define and review technical requirements with a focus on integration, performance, quality, and scalability
Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage IaaS capacity and optimize resource utilization
Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution across environments
Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to testing and system performance
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in test automation frameworks and processes
Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation testing
Hands-on experience in UI automation testing using Playwright
Strong experience in backend/API testing using Postman
Experience in performance testing using JMeter
Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management practices
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in build management and release pipelines
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and best practices
Knowledge of system defect management processes
Exposure to cloud infrastructure and IaaS environments
Ability to work independently and contribute as a subject matter expert
