Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, and performance testing
. Enhance systems to align with evolving business and technical requirements
. Maintain applications and infrastructure in accordance with defined service level agreements
. Define and review technical requirements with a focus on integration, performance, quality, and scalability
. Collaborate with cloud operations teams to manage IaaS capacity and optimize resource utilization
. Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution across environments
. Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators related to testing and system performance
. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in test automation frameworks and processes

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
. Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation testing
. Hands-on experience in UI automation testing using Playwright
. Strong experience in backend/API testing using Postman
. Experience in performance testing using JMeter
. Proficiency in Configuration & Release Management practices
. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience in build management and release pipelines
. Familiarity with test automation frameworks and best practices
. Knowledge of system defect management processes
. Exposure to cloud infrastructure and IaaS environments
. Ability to work independently and contribute as a subject matter expert
