Responsibilities
1. Strategic Deployment Management
- Oversee end-to-end PayCube terminal deployment projects, from planning through execution.
- Develop and implement standardized installation protocols, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Optimize deployment workflows to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor junior deployment staff on installation protocols and troubleshooting.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill the team on PayCube systems and emerging technologies.
- Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
3. Technical Governance
- Act as the escalation point for complex hardware and software issues.
- Ensure all deployments comply with PCI-DSS and internal security standards.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to provide actionable field feedback for product improvements.
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary contact for enterprise merchant deployments and key accounts.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners, vendors, and third-party contractors.
- Work cross-functionally with Business & Enterprise, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology teams.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze deployment metrics (success rates, turnaround times, issue trends).
- Prepare executive-level reports on deployment progress and challenges.
- Drive initiatives to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in field operations management, including 3+ years in payment terminal/POS deployment.
- Track Record: Proven success in managing large-scale hardware deployment projects.
- Compliance: Strong knowledge of PCI-DSS and payment security standards.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in payment terminal hardware/software configurations.
- Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and cellular connectivity.
- Tools: Skilled in deployment management platforms and CRM systems.
