Job description
Our client, a leading payments infrastructure provider, is looking for an experienced Terminal Deployment Manager to lead the rollout and support of terminalss across enterprise clients. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on smooth deployment, team management, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end terminal deployment - from planning to execution
- Set and improve deployment standards, SLAs, and KPIs
- Lead and train a team on installation and troubleshooting procedures
- Resolve complex technical issues and ensure PCI-DSS compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Customer Experience) for process improvement
- Manage relationships with vendors, logistics partners, and enterprise clients
- Track performance metrics and report deployment progress
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in field operations, with at least 3 years in terminal/POS deployment
- Strong experience in managing large hardware rollouts
- Knowledge of payment security standards (e.g. PCI-DSS)
- Technical expertise in POS hardware/software and networking (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, cellular)
- Familiar with CRM tools and deployment management systems
