Responsibilities

• Review quantities submitted by team members, ensuring accuracy and identifying oversights. Proofread tender responses to incorporate quantities and facilitate stakeholder quotations. Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and partners. Assess cost implications related to value engineering proposals and variations.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry, preferably with a main contractor. Proven experience in tendering processes. Proficient in computer literacy with advanced skills in Excel knowledge of Cubicost Glodon is advantageous.
