Tender Manager (M&E)

Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the preparation of cost proposals including detailed assessments, quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
. Manage the tender submission process via the GeBIZ procurement system for government projects.
. Coordinate with internal teams to compile technical and commercial information.
. Monitor industry developments and market conditions to support competitive positioning.
. Guide and mentor junior team members in cost and tender-related tasks.

Requirements:
. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering discipline
. At least 10 years of relevant experience in tendering of M&E systems
. Familiar with GeBIZ procurement system
. Ability to lead a team and manage tender submissions accurately and timely
