Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: Up to $6,000 with allowance , Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering works for new large-scale development and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, design review, execution, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review mechanical design drawings, specifications, and tender documents provide technical input and solutions where necessary.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Supervise site teams and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare technical submissions, project reports, and relevant documentation for client and regulatory approval.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and provide engineering guidance to the project team.
- Support management in tender preparation, project planning, and business development activities when required.
- Handle other duties related to project execution as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction / M&E industry.
- Proven experience in HVAC, ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary systems or large-scale building services.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Hands-on experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and large-scale mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in Singapore.
- Able to lead a team, manage contractors, and coordinate effectively across disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
