Tender Manager/Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

.

Lead and oversee a team of Tender and Marketing QS team in the preparations, negotiation and submission of quotations and tenders

.

Constant engagement with clients for marketing purposes and in constant touch with the industry

.

Review tender and quotation requirements and generate tender schedule and deliverables checklists for regular monitoring

.

Ensure submissions are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and client's requirements

.

Stay updated on construction and contract law changes in the industry

.

Coordinate with project teams and relevant support functions for the purposes of submission materials

.

Periodic reporting to Management

.

Other relevant duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

.

Degree in Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably in the Construction industry

.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities

.

Resourcefulness for information, strategical and forward thinking and planning to achieve end-results set by management

.

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
