Tender/Bids Manager, Construction

• Drive new business by securing clients and projects that meet defined sales and profitability targets within the ground engineering/geotechnical construction space.
• Build market intelligence and strong client relationships, tracking the competitive landscape that the company functions within, and review tender proposals with the bid team and act as Bid Manager for large-scale geotechnical/ground engineering projects.
• Lead client negotiations on bid and contract terms, while guiding and developing the tender and business development team to hit collective targets.
• Collaborate across departments to uphold the company's brand, corporate image, and reputation in the market.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/QS related studies
• At least 5-7 years of working experiences in Tender/Bids Management for Contractor or Specialist Construction trades or environment
