Requirements
. Minimum GCE O Level
. At least 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word,Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
. Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g.,Tableau, Power BI) will be an advantage
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Effective presentation skills
. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
. Analytical thinking with attention to detail
. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
. Able to work independently with minimal supervision when required
Job Description
. Provide administrative support for LA workshops andJoint Polytechnic programmes, including coordinating training schedules between adjuncts and LA staff developers.
. Provide logistical support for meetings with external and internal stakeholders,learning journeys, including catering arrangements, room bookings, set up and signage preparation.
. Maintain an accurate record of programmes and support data collation, reporting, and basic analysis using spreadsheets and digital tools.
. Handle small-value purchases for office operations and staff training activities, including stationery, pantry supplies, and refreshments.
. Coordinate and support the maintenance of the LA office and training facilities.
. Perform other ad hoc administrative and logistical duties as assigned.
