Job Responsibilities
To support daily procurement operations, including handling Small Value Purchases (SVP) and executing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, from raising requisitions and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to performing Goods Receipt (GR).
To liaise with stakeholders to review ITQ and ITT documents prior to publication in the ARIBA system for assigned categories, and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the evaluation process.
To ensure proper implementation of procurement processes, review Direct Contracting memoranda, and maintain compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
To work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support procurement operations and related initiatives.
Job Requirements
Minimum a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Studies, or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably with exposure to government procurement processes and procedures.
Able to work independently, take responsibility, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and the ARIBA system.
