Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D) Interventions
- Conceptualise, design, and deliver virtual, blended, and classroom learning interventions.
- Develop learning resources and materials, and monitor/evaluate the impact of interventions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and associate trainers to shape course content, curriculum, and learning outcomes.
- Provide support to associate trainers and resource persons for the smooth delivery of programmes.
- Partner with public agencies to develop and customise L&D solutions that support their developmental needs.
Programme & Project Management
- Manage programme development and related workstreams, including stakeholder management (e.g., Finance, AV, Admin, Estate, Customer Service), business processes, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee the full spectrum of programme administration and logistics, including:
Booking training rooms and arranging facilities.
Preparing training materials.
Managing suppliers and vendors.
Handling participant registration and class set-up.
Ensuring timely payments. - Manage finances and procurement matters, such as accrual of expenditures, preparation of procurement documents, and Invitation to Quote (ITQ).
Administration & Records Management
- Maintain accurate and proper records, including programme databases.
- Ensure compliance with service standards and operational guidelines.
- Provide timely publicity of programme information, issue placement letters, bill participants, and process payments to trainers/vendors.
- Work closely with the Team Leader to provide updates on programmes and classes, and raise potential service lapses to Management promptly.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Education, HRD, Training, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in L&D, programme/project management, or training coordination.
- Skills in curriculum design, administration/logistics, budgeting, vendor, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite and familiar with LMS/e-learning tools.
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Service-oriented, proactive, and detail-minded.
Duration / Working Hours
- 10-month contract (Immediate start)
- 42 hours per week
