Job Scope:
- Part of a team overseeing internal communications and OD efforts, to drive transformation and culture change
- Assist team in conceptualising and developing staff engagement initiatives
- Implement these staff engagement initiatives, both independently and/or as part of a team
- Conceptualise and execute graphic and web design for such communications material, including simple website maintenance as required
- Administrative and logistics support for events organised by the department, including but not limited to participant registration, vendor liaison and ushering
Job Requirements:
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently and proactively
- Adaptable to changes and able to work under time pressure to meet a variety of deadlines
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Intermediate skills in graphic/web design software, e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (candidate may be required to share examples of past work as part of the hiring process)
- Relevant prior experience in OD, user experience design and/or marketing will be an advantage, particularly in the education sector or broader public sector
- Able to commit to at least 2 days of on-site work per week, subject to exigencies of work where on-site work is required
