Job Description
- Contact traders (via emails and phone calls) to return supporting documents and make payments for the defaulted permits and composition sum cases in in C2IS, and respond to their queries.
- Handling generic email accounts and generic phone enquiries.
- Collate simple workload statistics outside of system.
- Any other administrative matters.
