Duties

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
• Share information on products, services, or campaigns.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and update call records.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet assigned targets.
• Prior telemarketing experience is an advantage, but not required.
