Temp Patient Service Associate (Hospital Admission) #HZO

Location: Queenstown
Salary: $11-12/ hr
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8am - 5pm and 11am - 8pm, Sat 8am - 5pm (one weekday and Sunday off)

Job Scope:

. Conduct bedside financial counselling to patient/NOK, detailing estimated hospital charges, applicable subsidies and available financial assistance programs.
. Assist patients to complete the various mode of payment forms.
. Facilitate the collection of deposits and outstanding balances from inpatient accounts, adhering to hospital policies
. To be able to explain and advise patient/NOK regarding various national healthcare forms, their requirements and necessary supporting documentation needed

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE A Level/Diploma in any field
• No experience as training will be provided
