Job Description
As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking at its best. You'll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the team and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Deliver exceptional customer service based on Stefano Ricci's service Mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients
- Being the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with the store management team
- Support the Operations team in maintaining stock orders and assisting in cycling count activity
- Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
- Other duties as assigned
