Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact leads to verify their interest in Community Health Posts
  • Assist in the collation of data for phone calls and appointments
  • Carry out projects/assignments as and when assigned
  • Assist in onsite operations during community events as and when assigned

Job Requirements


  • Diploma Holder in any discipline
  • Good communications skills
  • Proficiency in O-Level Chinese is required to effectively communicate with elderly residents
  • Familiarity with dialects such as Hokkien and Cantonese is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work in a routine environment while maintaining attention to detail
