Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30AM - 6:00PM

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment Support
. Post job ads on career portals
. Coordinate & schedule interviews
. Ensure candidate documents are complete
. Assist in drafting offer packages

Onboarding
. Set up IT access & passes for new hires
. Prepare welcome packs
. Liaise with departments on reporting details
. Maintain personnel files & HR system updates

Exit Management
. Draft exit-related communications
. Arrange exit interviews
. Update HR system for resignations

Others
. Ad-hoc HR administrative duties
