Job Description

Job Title: Temporary HR Executive (HR Shared Services) - 4 Months Contract

Contract Duration: March 2026 - June 2026 (End June 2026)
Salary: Up to $3,000/month
Location: Yishun

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Shared Services functions with a focus on MOM work pass administration

  • Process and manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals via MOM EPOL/WPOL systems

  • Handle Personal Data Protection (PDPA) compliance and ensure proper documentation control and filing of employee records

  • Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and trackers for employee information and work pass status

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation, including preparation of employment letters and forms

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on HR-related matters

  • Perform HR administrative duties such as p-filing, document verification, and data entry

  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field

  • Prior experience in HR administration or MOM work pass processing preferred

  • Familiar with MOM systems (EPOL, WPOL, OFWAS) will be an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage confidential information

  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice preferred
