Job Title: Temporary Executive

Contract Duration: 3 months

No. of Positions: 2 pax

Location:Tuas Checkpoint / Woodlands Checkpoint

Salary:$2,100 - $2,700 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Scope of Work (3-month positions, 2 pax - Inventory/Stores):

• Manage and maintain stores to ensure items are properly stored and organised.
• Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records accordingly.
• Support data entry to maintain accurate stock information.
• Assist in improving and maintaining digital inventory tools (MS Excel).
• Carry out other general administrative tasks to support inventory and store functions.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday, 0830-1800hrs

Friday : 0830-1730hrs

01 position based at Woodlands Checkpoint

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / A level / O level / NITEC qualification.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with members of the public.
• For inventory roles: proficiency in MS Excel and attention to detail in record keeping.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
