Salary:$2,100 - $2,700 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to support operations at Tuas and Woodlands Checkpoints. Depending on assignment, responsibilities include:

Scope of Work (12-month positions, 15 pax):

• To assist Members of Public (MoPs) with Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) /Special Assistance Lanes (SAL)/QR Code submission.
• To assist bus travellers on the use of automated gates.
• Traffic management at train checkpoints and bus halls.

Tuas Checkpoint

02 positions for shift 1, i.e. 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday (total 5 days a week)

Monday - Friday : 0930-1800 hrs.

Saturday : 0930-1730 hrs

Sunday : Rest Day

. One weekday rostered Off every week

03 positions for shift 2, i.e. 4 weekdays and 1 Sunday (total 5 days a week)

Monday - Friday : 0930-1800 hrs.

Saturday: Rest Day

Sunday: 1400-2200 hrs

. One weekday rostered Off every week

03 positions for shift 3, i.e. work from Friday to Sunday (total 3 days a week)

Friday - Sunday only: 1700-2200hrs

Woodlands Checkpoint

02 positions for shift 1, i.e. 5 weekdays and 1 Saturday (total 6 days a week)

Monday - Friday: 0800-1500hrs (morning) / 1500-2200hrs (afternoon)^

Saturday: 0800-1500hrs (morning) / 1500-2200hrs (afternoon)^

Sunday: Rest Day

^ staff to alternate between morning and afternoon shifts weekly

02 positions for shift 2, i.e. 5 weekdays and 1 Sunday (total 6 days a week)

Monday - Friday: 0800-1500hrs (morning) / 1500-2200hrs (afternoon)^

Saturday: Rest Day

Sunday: 0800-1500hrs (morning) / 1500-2200hrs (afternoon)^

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / A level / O level / NITEC qualification.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with members of the public.
• For inventory roles: proficiency in MS Excel and attention to detail in record keeping.
• Physically fit to handle the scope of work (includes standing/walking during shifts).
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
