Temporary Administrative Assistant, Facilities Support Services
Working hours: office hours, 5 Days /week
Duration: 3 Months contract
Salary: $10.50 - $13/hr
Location: Outram
Responsibilities:
. Update and maintain data related to BME and M&E Equipment Inventory system.
. Maintain physical and electronic records to ensure easy retrieval of BEMS information.
. Manage vendor and users for related matters such as scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for BME equipment.
. Manage of Ariba procurement system for both BME and M&E.
. Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure department runs smoothly.
Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements:
Min N/O/Nitec/ A level or Diploma in any field
