Job Scope
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning).
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Assist with reports, presentations, and office documents.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors when needed.
- Support events, training, and projects with admin tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
