Pay: $12 per hour
Duration: 2 Months (contract until 30 Nov 2025)
- Job scope:
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on logistics, admin, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Maintain and update project trackers using Excel
- Liaise with internal divisions on admin tasks
- Arrange couriers and handle logistics for meetings and resource distribution
- Perform other admin tasks
- Manage documents and sorting.
Requirements:
- Min NITEC/O/ A level or Diploma in any field
- Proficiency in MS 365Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint,)
