Salary: $10.50/hr
Working Hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Job scope:
- Coordinate with 14 AACs and stakeholders on logistics, admin, scheduling, and progress tracking for the Arts for Wellbeing pilot
- Maintain and update project trackers (e.g. pilot progress, milestones) using Excel
- Manage HAD shared email accounts and liaise with internal divisions on administrative matters
- Schedule internal and external meetings (e.g. team huddles, AAC meetings, wellness chats)
- Arrange couriers and handle logistics for meetings and resource distribution
- Prepare, pack, stocktake, and disseminate activity resources to Community Care Organisations
- Maintain tracking sheets and data logs (regular and ad-hoc)
- Map locations and data using Google Maps and Excel
- Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Min NITEC/O/ A level or Diploma in any field
- Proficiency in MS 365Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint,)
