Prepare sales quotations and invoices promptly
Perform general admin work such as filing of invoices, delivery orders, service reports and other documents
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Provide general office administration, including answering phone calls.
Take on additional administrative or accounts-related tasks when assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to details
Some knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Wiling to learn and take on new challenges with positive attitudes
