Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a performance-driven and customer-focused Telemarketing Agent to join our growing team. This role plays key part in driving revenue

and customer engagement through out bound calling,

lead qualification, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate thrives in target-oriented environment,

demonstrates strong communication skills, and is dedicated to delivering high service standards while maintaining compliance and operational discipline.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales,or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Able to work in structured environment with performance tracking systems (e.g. CRM and Tableau
  • Familiar with appointment scheduling, SLA metrics, and compliance protocols.
  • Able to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive a ttitude.
