Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contacts, sales, and customer information.

Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, provide additional information, and close sales.

Adherence to Scripts: Follow scripts provided by the company for consistency and accuracy in communication.
