Key Responsibilities
- Be the voice of our company - make outbound calls to verify leads and qualify enquiries
- Confidently introduce our services and spark interest with prospective clients
- Set up appointments between our Sales team and potential partners
- Keep everything organised - record calls, responses, and appointments in the CRM system
- Smash your call and appointment targets (and celebrate when you exceed them!)
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills - you love engaging conversations
- Energetic, positive, and persistent with a professional phone manner
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry for success
- Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is great, but not required - we'll train you!
