Job Description & Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge in mobile phone and computer repairs (smartphones, laptops, desktops, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with common mobile and computer operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
- Troubleshooting devices to identify aspects of the programming that might need repairs.
- Repair and replacement of defective parts, components or upgrading software to rectify the fault.
- To conduct maintenance checks to ensure quality and efficiency of devices.
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed quality standards including repair turnaround time and quality of each repair.
- Ensure all work tools are in good condition.
- Delivery professional and high-quality service experience.
- Identify customers needs and maintaining a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
- Provide general administrative duties.
- Overseeing the installation of new systems, equipment, and network infrastructure.
- Configuring network and telecommunications hardware and software.
- Monitoring telecommunication systems, network traffic, and computer interactions.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing network malfunctions, technical errors, and faulty equipment.
