- Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary tocarry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic repofor management, asnecessary or requested, to track strategic goal a complishment.
- Communicate regularly with other managers, the director,vicepresident, president, and other designated contacts within the organization.

- Knowledge and experience in business,supervision,andmanagement.

- Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
- Outstanding inter personal relationship build ingand employee coaching and development skills.
- Management experience in a team oriented workplace preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members.

- Demonstrated ability to serve as aknowledgeable resource to theorganization's management team that provides leadership and direction.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Musinclude knowledge of Excel andskills in Access..Evidence of theability to practice ahigh level ofconfidentiality.
