Job Summary
You will supervise contractors and maintain instrumentation, control, and automation systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise contractors executing instrumentation, control, and automation system tasks to ensure quality and compliance
- Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system checks on electronic, instrumentation, and automated systems to maintain operational reliability
- Prepare and submit detailed work reports, maintenance checklists, and progress updates to support project tracking and management decisions
- Monitor site safety protocols and enforce contractor adherence to safety standards, particularly for electronic and automated systems
- Support management by assisting with ad-hoc tasks related to instrumentation, control, automation, and IT systems to facilitate smooth operations
- Travel between multiple sites using own transport to oversee and coordinate maintenance and contractor activities
- Adapt to outdoor work environments and varying site conditions to ensure continuous system support and maintenance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Cyber and Network Security, Robotics & Smart Systems, Mechatronics, or IT System & Network, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in instrumentation, control, automation, or engineering-related fields
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective collaboration and coordination
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in modern control and automation systems are encouraged to apply
