We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Technician to support the maintenance and repair of our outlets and equipment. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and able to work independently across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain beauty equipment and general electrical items
- Travel to different outlets to carry out maintenance and repair works
- Conduct regular inspections of building, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) systems and equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including:PlumbingElectrical systemsAir-conditioningPainting and general handyman repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and feedback from management and tenants
- Supervise external contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications and standards
- Identify and report maintenance issues, defects, and potential risks
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance
- Hands-on experience in repair and maintenance work preferred
- Willing to travel between outlets
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good problem-solving skills
