Job Description:
- Configuration and Commissioning:Assist in the configuration and commission of Building Management System applications at client sites.
Ensure proper integration with existing building systems. - Troubleshooting:Provide technical support for application-related issues, diagnosing and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. - Client Training:Conduct training sessions for clients on the use and maintenance of BMS/ELV applications.
Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on application functionality.
Qualifications:
- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering related field.
- Basic understanding of Building Management Systems and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
