Daily Operations: Oversee all building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and ACMV systems.
Vendor Management: Supervise external contractors (cleaning, security, pest control) and review their performance.
Safety Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections and ensure the facility follows WSH and Fire Safety regulations.
Maintenance Planning: Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
Reporting: Track facility expenses and provide weekly status reports to management.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or a related Engineering field.
Experience: 5+ years in Singapore building maintenance or site management.
Certification: FSM (Fire Safety Manager) or WSH Coordinator certificate is preferred.
Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge of building systems and basic troubleshooting.
Availability: Comfortable with a 6-day work week and site-based environment.
