Job Description:

Join our outstanding team at Micron as an Incoming Quality Control Technician in Singapore and contribute to our world-class engineering efforts! This role offers an exceptional chance to collaborate closely with local and global collaborators and drive quality excellence in our materials.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Assist the IQC Engineer in the qualification of new IQC tools.
• Provide support for IQC calibration and preventive maintenance, including raising purchase requisitions to equipment vendors.
• Address issues related to IQC equipment to ensure flawless operations.
• Develop and detail IQC procedures and establish operation and PM systems.
• Establish and uphold SAP QM, eCOA, and IQC SPC for incoming materials.
• Conduct First Article Inspection activities for new materials.
• Conduct incoming material inspections for quality control, encompassing a range of materials such as HBM materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control within an engineering environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Excellent documentation and procedural development skills.
• Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ambitious and diligent approach to uphold high standards of material quality.
• Ability to determine and successfully implement quality control protocols.
