Micron is a pioneer in memory and storage solutions. As an IQC Engineering Assistant, you'll help maintain quality materials with a top-tier team, working on modern technology.
Responsibilities And Tasks
- Assist the IQC Engineer in the qualification of new IQC tools.
- Provide support for IQC calibration and preventive maintenance, including raising purchase requisitions to equipment vendors.
- Resolve issues related to IQC equipment to uphold operational efficiency.
- Develop and detail IQC procedures and establish operation and PM systems.
- Establish and uphold SAP QM, eCOA, and IQC SPC for incoming materials.
- Conduct First Article Inspection activities for new materials to determine compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct incoming material inspections for IQC, encompassing HBM materials among others.
What We Expect From You
- A diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control or a similar role.
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills with IQC equipment.
- Skill in crafting and recording processes with precision and thoroughness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with local and global collaborators.
- Ambitiously approaches tasks with a sharp focus on detail and a dedication to upholding high standards of material quality.
