- Installation, Repair, and Maintenance: Carry out the installation, repair, and upkeep of various home appliances related to water, electricity, and gas systems.
- Technical Expertise: Apply hands-on experience and technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues in water, electrical, and gas systems effectively.
- Licensing Compliance: Possess valid licenses issued by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) and the Public Utilities Board (PUB) to perform work on electrical, gas, and water appliances.
- Customer Service: Engage with customers in a professional manner, attentively addressing their concerns and delivering practical solutions.
- Independent Operations: Work independently and proactively manage multiple service tasks, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
