Familiarize yourself with various workshop equipment and facilities, master the operation of all types of equipment, and have the ability to train new employees.
Proficiently use electronic operating systems such as WMS, LIMS, barcode work reporting, and online safety inspections. Execute various inspection logs in the workshop, and accurately and promptly fill out equipment logs and equipment status.
Execute project operations in accordance with batch record requirements, meeting the standards of SOPs and TWIs.
Complete work shift handovers as required, filling out shift handover records without omissions.
Maintain the equipment and facilities in your work area in accordance with daily 5S requirements, keeping the work area clean and orderly.
Requirements:
5 years of working experience in CRDMO industry.
Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
Business Competence: Familiar with various workshop equipment and facilities, proficient in operating different types of equipment, and capable of training new employees.
Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility in personal work, patient in teaching and sharing knowledge and experience with area employees.
Positive Attitude: Positive and energetic, with good behavioral habits, able to influence surrounding employees positively, and capable of cooperating well with others to complete work tasks.
Experience: Comprehensive skills, proficient in operating all types of equipment in the area, able to handle emergencies according to established procedures and drills, and report to the supervisor.
