Engineering Assistant, Production Engineering

Trouble shoot and repair or faulty production equipment

Improve and upgrading of Production equipment hardware and control (software)

Identify and rectify process problem for quality improvement / scrap reduction

Updated and control of equipment spare parts

Installation and qualification of new processes and equipment

Support new program / model start-up

Support Production Overtime in weekday , weekend , Sunday and Public Holiday

Minimizing machine downtime , scrap raw materials / products

Maintaining correct spare parts inventory and product quality

Communicating with production operators / supervisor and other support group

Diploma in Electrical Engineering

At least 3 years of similar experience in the manufacturing industry problem-solving skills

Able to work in a team

Able to perform shift work
