Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and alignment fine tune of industrial robots, cobots, automative vehicle and automation equipment, including track systems.
Support installation, setup and commissioning of new system setup.
Assist in engineering projects, new system setup, equipment improvements.
Troubleshoot pneumatic and automation systems to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, incidents, and improvements.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure smooth line operations.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture to prevent incidents and equipment damage.
Requirements:
ITE, Diploma, or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply Knowledge of Robotic and Automation in academic.
Experience with equipment or automation systems is an advantage.
Basic understanding of pneumatic systems and troubleshooting of equipment and automation systems preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking vendors is an advantage.
Team player with the ability to collaborate across internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
High awareness of workplace safety and commitment to safe work practices.
Willing to work 12-hour Day shifts and provide production line support as required.
