Production Technician

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform assembly, functional testing, and packaging of electronic products.

2. Follow SOPs and process documents to ensure consistent product quality.

3. Conduct basic equipment and jig checks, and carry out simple maintenance.

4. Support engineers in troubleshooting and process improvement activities.

5. Perform basic quality checks and provide feedback on line issues.

6. Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

7. Follow safety rules and 5S standards to keep the workplace clean and organized.

Requirements

1. NITEC / Diploma or equivalent preferred.

2. Prior experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing is an advantage.

3. Basic understanding of quality control and production procedures.

4. Responsible, careful, and willing to learn.

5. Able to work overtime when required.
