Job Description & Requirements

• Attend to assigned Work Orders within the stipulated time as per SOP
• Monitor and rectify any abnormalities on critical systems as per SOP
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
• Daily updating of status of outstanding Work Orders
• Daily checking of system checklists
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
• Comply with uniform dress code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at all times

Requirements :

• BCA SEC(k)/ Coretrade in Electrical or mechanical trade preferred, or NITEC in M&E disciplines with at least 4 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience
• Minimum 4 years in electrical maintenance in building facilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent WSH experience and behaviour
• Transport allowance provided

Work Schedule 1:
- Day Shift: 8.30am to 8.30pm
- Night Shift: 8.30pm to 8.30am

Work Schedule 2:
Fixed 5.5 Days
Mondays to Fridays: 8am to 5pAlternate Saturdays: 8am to 12pm
