Building Maintenance Technician

To carry out routine inspection and troubleshoot on electrical, air-conditioning systems, fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary systems in the building.

Able to do hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works

Inspect buildings, equipment's and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly.

Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment and systems to minimize downtime

Ensures maintenance and repair work is attend to swiftly and completed to the best practice

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required

Requirement:

Minimum 1 year work experience in facilities and building maintenance in hospitality industry

Must have relevant qualification and hands-on skills in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, CCTV, Autogate and Security Automation

Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure

Good team worker with service-orientated mindset
