Technician responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, aircon and other building equipment and systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment and systems to minimize downtime
- Ensures maintenance and repair work is attend to swiftly and completed to the best practice
Technician requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience in facilities and building maintenance in hospitality industry
- Must have relevant qualification and hands-on skills in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, CCTV, Autogate and Security Automation
