Duration: 1 year
Work hours: Monday - Friday, office hours

Job Scope

. Mentor and cross-train staff using a standardized training program

. Implement quality management systems to meet SOPs, safety, and quality requirements

. Participate in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives led by Team Lead

. Coordinate and ensure timely calibration of laboratory equipment

. Perform perfume compounding and material selection per formulation

. Update compounding data in the Electronic Lab Notebook

. Manage end-to-end material handling and inventory

. Support shipping of compounded materials with complete documentation

. Operate and maintain the Contexa robot

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma in Applied Chemistry/Perfumery and Cosmetic Sciences or similar.

. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a chemistry laboratory environment (preferred).

. Knowledge of good laboratory practices quality guidelines and regulations (cGMP).

. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills.

. Mechanical experience with laboratory robots and good computational skills.
