We are looking for a technical writer or developer-focused content creator with a passion for simplifying complex technologies.
In this role, youll drive seamless adoption of SGTS products, with an initial focus on CI/CD (SHIP-HATS), Containers (Container Stack), and Monitoring (StackOps).
Youll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to create compelling, accurate, and easy-to-follow documentation that improves developer experience and product adoption.
Create high-quality technical content including product guides, demos, tutorials, code starter kits, design specifications, and technical blogs aligned with organizational standards.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, developer-friendly conceptual, how-to, and reference documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape content strategy for onboarding and product adoption.
Run content pilots to assess optimal content formats and delivery methods; provide insights and recommendations to Product Managers.
Embrace feedback and iterate quickly to continuously improve content quality.
Maintain consistency and ensure timely content updates across all products.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices from leading technology companies.
About the Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Communications, or a related field.
25 years of technical writing experience focused on developer or technical audiences (10+ years for senior roles).
Strong understanding of cloud-based products, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and modern DevOps tooling.
Excellent writing and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Experience working with style guides to maintain consistency in tone and structure.
