Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and professional Technical Writer to join our Project Office team.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Director, Transformation Program Office, the incumbent will be performing a combination of administrative duties with technical writing expertise, contributing to the success of projects and enhancing user experience.

What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Sport Betting System Refresh project, including supporting preparation of presentations, project management tools support and scheduling of project related meetings.
  • You will facilitate and support requirement/development workshops and trainings related to projects.
  • You will act as a liaison for project related issues ensuring their needs are met.
  • You will participate in projects from conceptualization, tollgates, study setup, questionnaire input, project handling, quality control of schedule, cost and Key Risk Indicators
  • You will maintain project dashboards, ensuring updates are current and relevant for reporting at various management forums.
  • You will support and produce necessary presentations and documents in relation to the project.
  • You will ensure SLAs are met in relation to solutioning, cost, schedule and project related activities
  • You will determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehensions.
  • You will generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
  • You will meet the subject matter expert to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
  • You will analyse information required for the development or update of policy, procedures and form documentation.
  • You will review and/or copy edit content developed by other members of the team.
  • You will produce and distribute tutorials to help end-users use a variety of application.
  • You will research and collect usability feedback from various departments.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Science/Engineering, or the equivalent.
  • You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as a technical writer and/or project administrator's role with corporate minute taking experience.
  • You should have previous experience working with multi-disciplinary project teams, running IT projects with multiple stakeholder involvement, and comfortable working directly with business executives.
  • You should possess the ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information.
  • You should have strong time management skills, presentation skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and be team oriented.
  • You should be analytical, meticulously organized and detail oriented.
  • You should have the relevant project management knowledge and skills.
