We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with a strong background as a developer, user, or tech enthusiast, capable of producing high-quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall 6 years of relevant experience as Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product documentation strategy for Customers and enabling products.
- You will develop documentation External Design Specifications (EDS), User Guides, Technical Reference Manuals, Getting Started Guides, Platform Design Guides (PDG), etc.
- Create clear, comprehensive documentation including product guides, demos, tutorials, code starter kits, design specifications, and technical blogs that align with organizational standards.
- Develop technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes, guides,andmanuals.
- Develop and maintain the user documentation of the design automation methodology
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible conceptual guides, how-to instructions, and reference documentation without losing technical accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams to shape and execute content strategies that improve product onboarding and adoption.
- Lead pilots to test new content formats, mediums, and types, and provide cadence recommendations to Product Managers.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and maintain agility in updating content.
- Participate in formal document control processes
- Manage all technical documentation responsibilities for multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience documenting cloud-based products or familiarity with cloud technologies and concepts.
